Over the past week and a half, a lot of my time - rather, most of my time - has been spent taking our new Web site, Search Engine Optics, from a Photoshop design comp to a fully functional Web presence.
During the course of this work, I’ve been continuously blogging on Fast Company (Demystifying the Web), ITKnowledgeExchange (Taming the Wild Wild Web), and cosmeticSEO.com. The insiprations for many of those entries have been the problems I’ve faced, solutions I’ve found, or clever tips I’ve come up with to make the development process easier for myself.
Search Engine Optics features successful implementations of:
- .htaccess configuration and URL canonicalization

Search Engine Optics contains a lot of neat stuff for a corporate/digital store-front Web site. Aside from being tuned up for heightened Web visibility, it’s wholly usable and accessibile.
Plenty of hours went into this Web site in a short amount of time. Aside from what was already listed, Search Engine Optics features a suite of SEO Tools and a customized theme for slick, unnoticeable Wordpress integration.
